Justin Touhey is an attorney in Harmon's Litigation Department. Justin joined the firm in October 2018. Justin represents lending institutions in a variety of litigation matters in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Justin's practice focuses mainly on Rhode Island judicial foreclosures and code violation cases as well as eviction cases throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  Prior to joining the firm, Justin concentrated his practice in the general practice of law.  Justin also spent three years teaching classes in business law, family law, and general education at a college in Central Massachusetts.
