Francis J. Nolan

Francis Nolan has been an attorney director at Harmon Law Offices, PC, in Newton since 2007.  Before becoming an attorney director, Fran was Harmon's Foreclosure Department attorney manager for eight years.

Fran's present practice focuses on residential foreclosures in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. He regularly advises clients with respect to legislative and regulatory developments and compliance with state foreclosure laws. Fran served as the President of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts in 2017.
 
Fran also has significant experience representing creditors in residential real estate conveyances, bankruptcy and eviction matters, and litigation issues arising from real estate transactions. Fran is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals (First Circuit).

In addition, Fran is an active member of the Title Standards Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association, and has served on the Joint Foreclosure Task Force for the Massachusetts Bar Association. Fran is a graduate of the University of Rochester and the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
