Andrew Harmon is Harmon's Managing Partner. Andrew has been an attorney with Harmon for 19 years, and he has extensive experience in managing complex foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and litigation matters in the three states in which the firm practices.

Autumn Sarzana began work at Harmon Law Offices in March 2000 as a foreclosure paralegal; in March 2001 she was promoted to an attorney position.

Banita Butcher is an Attorney Manager in the Harmon's Foreclosure department and has over 15 years of experience working in the default area representing lenders.

Erika Vogel is an attorney in Harmon's Litigation Department where she represents financial institutions in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.

Francis Nolan has been an attorney director at Harmon Law Offices, PC, in Newton since 2007.  Before becoming an attorney director, Fran was Harmon's Foreclosure Department attorney manager for eight years.

Joseph Dolben joined the firm in 2020 bringing a weatlh of experience in creditor's rights and the represenation of the mortgage servicing industry.

Marcia Greeley has been an attorney at Harmon since 1995. As the firm's senior title reviewing attorney, Marcia's responsibilities include identifying potential title problems and providing guidance to clients and colleagues to identify and correct title issues.

Mark Harmon is the Chairman of the firm, which he founded 30 years ago. Since then, Harmon has grown to be the largest law firm in New England that exclusively handles mortgage default-related matters for institutional mortgage servicers and investors.

Thomas J. Santolucito is the Attorney Manager of Harmon's Litigation Department.   Tom joined the firm in 1999 and worked previously as an associate attorney in a busy real estate transactional practice.

Woodrow joined Harmon in 2003 and is an associate assigned to the firm's Bankruptcy Department.

Thomas Walsh is Harmon's Managing Attorney. Tom has been with the firm since 1997. He has served as the manager of litigation, the managing attorney and as an attorney director at the firm.

Lori Bolduc is an Attorney Manager in Harmon's Foreclosure Department with over 16 years of default related experience.

Lucas is an Associate assigned to the Litigation Department. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Nick is an attorney assigned to Harmon's Foreclosure Department. He is admitted Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars.

Burhan Mahmud is an Attorney in Harmon’s Foreclosure Department. Burhan has worked as a real estate attorney since passing the Massachusetts Bar in 2018.
