Christine brings more than 15 years of varied legal experience to her work in the firm’s Housing, Litigation Group.  Licensed to practice law in both state and federal courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island, she has represented banks in a wide variety of real estate and foreclosure-related litigation.

She practiced as a litigation attorney at Harmon Law Offices, P.C for several years.  As assistant manager of the firm’s Litigation Department, she provided management support and handled complex matters for the firm’s clients, obtaining several important decisions in the Superior Court, Bankruptcy Court, and the Appeals Court. 

Prior to rejoining Harmon Law Offices, P.C. she represented condominium associations in civil litigation in Massachusetts and Rhode Island State and Federal courts, including bankruptcy court.  She also drafted and reviewed commercial and residential landlord tenant leases and handled both commercial and residential summary process matters.  She also handled supplementary process and small claims trials in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. 

Christine was also previously employed by Arruda & Beaudoin representing clients at Title II Social Security administrative law hearings nationally.  She was quickly promoted to Assistant Senior Attorney after joining the firm where she oversaw, assessed and directed case development for approximately 900 cases and also worked closely with the partners developing internal procedures and policies to further advance the goals of the firm.  Christine also served as an Assistant District Attorney providing her with substantial courtroom experience. Christine received her law degree from Roger Williams University Law School, and her undergraduate degree in political science from Bridgewater State College.
