Erika Vogel is an attorney in Harmon's Foreclosure Department in which she represents financial institutions in all aspects of the foreclosure process in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire, including foreclosure alternatives such as Deed-in-Lieu of foreclosure and forbearance agreements. Erika also regularly attends eviction hearings in these jurisdictions.
Prior to her joining the firm, Erika worked as the Constituent Services Director for former State Senator, Scott P. Brown. Also, Erika has experience drafting and filing legislation.
Erika lives in Milton, MA with her husband and two daughters.
