Sarah Billeri is an attorney in Harmon's Eviction Department. Following her graduation from Suffolk University Law School in 2004, Sarah worked as an attorney with Crowe, Paradis & Albren LLC, representing disabled individuals before Administrative Law Judges nationwide in an effort to secure Social Security Disability benefits under long-term disability policies. Sarah subsequently joined the firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in 2005 as an associate, where her practice primarily focused on insurance coverage litigation, commercial and construction litigation, and fidelity and surety matters.

In January 2007, Sarah joined Harmon's landlord-tenant and housing litigation practice. In this role, Sarah has acquired extensive litigation experience representing lending institutions in connection with summary process and related post-foreclosure proceedings, including housing court mediations and depositions. In addition, Sarah has developed substantial trial and motion practice experience in all of the state and federal trial courts across Massachusetts. She is also admitted to practice in New Hampshire. Sarah is responsible for handling a large portfolio of contested summary process matters; for assisting management with the regular training of new associates in landlord-tenant matters; and for rendering legal advice to the firm's institutional clients regarding compliance with state, federal and municipal laws impacting the rights and liabilities of mortgage lenders and servicers following foreclosure.
